Digital lab · Santiago, Chile
We spot everyday situations that could work better, or be more enjoyable, and turn them into apps. Two projects are underway: Camina, a game that motivates you to get out and walk, and Nura, an app to pay less for your medication. Keep scrolling to see them.
EXP-001 · First product Launching soon
An iPhone game that turns your walks into territory. Every stretch of street you cover gets painted in your color. Build your city, defend your neighborhood and take over the one next door.
EXP-002 Just starting
The idea we are evaluating: an app that stores your prescriptions, reminds you when to take each medication and compares prices across pharmacies in Chile. Your data stays on your phone and we do not sell it.
How we work · Step 01
We go out and observe the street. We look for situations that get in people's way every day, or that could work much better, and that nobody has solved well. It all starts there, not in a spreadsheet.
How we work · Step 02
We define a clear bet: what we will build, who it is for, and how we will know if it worked. If we cannot measure it, we do not build it.
How we work · Step 03
We build the simplest version that can already be tested. Weeks, not months. We would rather have real people use it than debate it in meetings.
How we work · Step 04
We launch what proves useful and keep measuring it. Camina is the first to make it this far.
EXP-003 Available lot
This lot is available for the next experiment. If you have a problem to solve, or something that could work much better, this spot could be yours.
